You may be most productive working offsite (or at least with headphones on) all day Monday, as workplace chitchat and politics easily distract you. On Tuesday and Wednesday, however, dial in -- what are the new ideas and hot projects floating around? What issues can you help with that will earn you bonus points? If you need additional resources at the end of the workweek, be the squeaky wheel -- with documentation about how said resources will have a positive impact. This weekend, you can get a tremendous amount done. Just don't forget to unwind, too.
