Minnesota drivers hitting the road this Memorial Day weekend seeing high prices at the pump.

While gas prices around the Twin Cities have gone up at least $.20 in the past week, it's still much lower than drivers were paying last summer.

According to twincitiesgasprices.com, the average cost of a gallon of regular is hovering around $2.44 in the metro, which is much a lot less than the $3.84 Minnesotans paid at the pump last Memorial Day weekend.
