A semi truck and trailer has crashed and tipped on Interstate 494 near the Highway 52 exit in Inver Grove Heights at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday. The semi is leaking Sodium Hydroxide "that has been contained."
Emergency and Hazmat crews are on the scene. The driver was not injured in the one vehicle wreck.
The ramp appears to be closed indefinitely, as the semi remains on it's side more than two hours after the crash.
