After a new study from the CDC that showed nearly 5 percent of about 75,000 people surveyed reported nodding off while behind the wheel in the past month, FOX 9 News spoke with a local doctor about dozing drivers and sleep tips.

According to the study, 48 percent of respondents said they snore, 38 percent reported unintentionally falling asleep during the day at least once in the past month and 5 percent reported nodding off while driving in the past 30 days.
