A totaly of five have been arrested by St. Paul police in connection with attacks of pedestrians and bicyclists in Minneapolis and St. Paul that were posted on YouTube.
Sgt. Paul Schnell says Wednesday that one 19-year-old man and one 17-year-old boy were taken into custody late Tuesday.
Thesuspects haven't been charged. Police are urging victims who recognize themselves from the video to come forward, which could help bring charges against the suspects.
The suspects openly identify themselves in the video, and then attack unknowing victims. None of the victims have reported any of the attacks.
The video, posted by YouTube user "madbi001," has since been removed from the website and the account has been closed.

The Midtown Greenway Coalition reported an incident of assault on the Greenway on Sunday, Nov. 15. A bicyclist was riding along the Greenway near 18th Ave. around 5:15 p.m. when they came across seven or eight young people running down the banks alongside the path, jumping and making noise.
The bicyclist attempted to alert a trailing rider, but they didn't hear the alert and were chased down and knocked off their bike.
