BURNSVILLE, Minn. - 8 apartments in a three-story complex were damaged in a fire Tuesday morning in Burnsville, Minnesota.
Burnsville police and firefighters were called to The Observatory Apartments at 15111 Greenhaven Drive at 6:47 a.m.
45 units of the building were evacuated as firefighters attacked flames on the first, second and third-floor balconies. Firefighters fought the fire from the exterior before moving inside.
