Fatal Crash Suspect in Court, Victim ID'd

The victim in Sunday's fatal vehicle crash at University Avenue and Vandalia Street in St. Paul has been identified.

Moussa Ould Maayif, age 39, of Saint Paul was driving his car eastbound just after midnight on University Avenue when his vehicle was struck broadside by a southbound car that ran red light at high speed.

The Ramsey County Attorneys Office formally charged the driver of the speeding vehicle, Jacqueline Marie Wagner, age 20, of New Brighton, with Criminal Vehicular Homicide Monday.

Wagner makes her first appearance in court Tuesday morning

Officers had responded to the area after reports of illegal drag racing.
