MINNEAPOLIS - The brewers behind Minnesota’s latest craft beer are serving up something a little extra with each pint: an incentive for other beer lovers to follow suit. The founders of Fulton Brewing are launching their first beer, Sweet Child of Vine on Wednesday.
Along with the launch, Fulton Brewing is starting a Ful10 Fund, which will invest 10 percent of the company’s profits into a “microloan.” The goal of the microloan is to help other entrepreneurs launch their own dream businesses. The Ful10 Fund is part of the company’s philosophy to not only brew great beer, but restore the brewing scene in Minneapolis.
The four founders of Fulton Brewing followed their own dream started brewing beer in the Fulton neighborhood of Southwest Minneapolis back in 2007. They’ve since outgrown their humble roots and expanded to a brewery in Wisconsin. The group is looking for a location in Minneapolis.
October 28th Fulton will be on tap for the first time at the Happy Gnome in St. Paul. Following the launch, Fulton will be available at any of these locations:
