MINNEAPOLIS - There's nothing better at a backyard BBQ than a buttery ear of sweet corn.

But there's so much more to sweet corn than just eating it from the cob.

It's used on salads, pizza, in hot dishes and in ice cream.  That's right- ice cream.

Todd Walker reports on Saturday from the Mill City Farmer's Market where you can find all things corn... even ice cream.
