ST. PAUL, Minn. - Lots of today's students are tuned in to the environment, but a new charter school in St. Paul is fully focused on the outdoors. That's because St. Paul's River's Edge Academy weaves the natural environment into all the academic work. M.A. Rosko views its hands-on approach that is helping some kids become more engaged in school.
