EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - If you've seen Navy sailors around town this week, there's a good reason. We're in the middle of Navy Week and the Twin Cities is home to this year's Navy Week celebration. Joining us in the kitchen this morning is a culinary specialist with the Navy, Naval Chief John Epp. He's making, what else, a submarine sandwich -- in honor of the soon to be commissioned USS Minnesota submarine.
