Changing Our Words: Speak Politely

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - A lot of people are talking about this these days how we talk to each other. The words we read posted online, hear on TV and overhear every day seem to be getting less and less polite. Our guest, Audrey Weitz, says this is a real problem and she believes we can change our world by first changing our words.
