McSteamy Video Stars Gayheart, Peniche

The latest R-rated internet celebrity video involves a Grey's Anatomy star, his wife and a former beauty pageant contestant. Eric Dane, "McSteamy" on the TV show, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Ann Peniche, a former Miss Teen USA contestant, appear in the leaked tape that is now floating around the Web.

The LA Times , which described the tape as "hilarious" and Dane as "McBoring," reported that the video shows the three in a Jacuzzi, lying around naked and passing around a video camera. US Magazine described the tape as a "nude" tape rather than a sex tape, as there is no sex on video, though it does contain nudity (thus probably not safe for work.)

TMZ.com reported that Peniche told them that the incident on tape took place two years ago and that there was no sex among the three. Peniche also goes on to say that the video was stolen from her computer hard drive by her roommate, Mindy McCready, while on the reality show "Celebrity Rehab."

Gawker.com posted a edited version of the video and reported that the tape shows the threesome apparently inebriated and lounging at Peniche's Los Angeles apartment. Gawker also documented Peniche's background as a former pageant contestant, Playboy model, and d-list actress, as well as her recent legal troubles.

At one point in the video Gayheart reportedly says "I need to lay down too. I am very high."

And working to stop the spread of the tape, lawyer Marty Singer, who represents Dane and Gayheart, said to TMZ.com that he will sue anyone who publishes the video, which he called "a private, confidential tape." Singer also went on to say, "From what I've seen it's a naked tape, not a sex tape. ... At most it's 3 people maybe wanting to have sex."

Recent celebrity sex scandals have involved leaked nude photo's of Disney's Vanessa Hudgens (twice). Leaked photos of "Twilight" star Ashley Greene have also surfaced.
