What was your favorite story to work on? This is a hard one because I’ve been so blessed to have covered so many fantastic people and events. However, I think the event that sticks out in my mind the most was the tragic death of Paul Wellstone. We had just become a FOX station and there were a lot of new faces in our building – new family members – and we were still in the process of getting to know each other and establish a rhythm. But, you never would have known that from our outstanding effort during that story. We came together for the first time and it was so amazing to watch. I was – and remain – so proud to be apart of this family!
Are you on Facebook? Ummm, yes! And, admittedly…I’m a little obsessed with it!
What’s on your iPod? Right now I’m lovin’ a lot of Jason Mraz and Beyonce.
Most memorable interview or TV moment? This is an easy one! My all time favorite show is, “DALLAS” and I had the chance to meet and interview Linda Gray who played “Sue Ellen” on the show. Let me tell you, I literally almost passed out during the interview. It was the only time I almost cried DURING an interview on camera! I know, go ahead and laugh it’s ok.
Five people (dead or alive) you would most want to have dinner with? Barbara Bel Geddes, Katie Couric, Larry Hagman, Marilyn Monroe and George Lucas.
What would the meal be? A fantastic Italian feast!
Favorite TV shows/Movies? I have so many favorite shows and movies but a few of my favorites are: “DALLAS” “SIX FEET UNDER” “THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN” “KNOTS LANDING” “ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS” “DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES.” As far as movies, well, there are just too many to list but I’ll say the “STAR WARS” trilogy and “E.T.” are among my all-time favs!
Favorite sports team? The Twins
Biggest pet peeves? Rude people.
Guilty pleasures? Any Chinese buffet and Rick Astley
Family/pets? Well, if I don’t mention my mother, she’ll disown me! Hi Dar! I love you! And, I don’t have any pets.
