    The former finance manager of the Rosemount Area Athletic Association has been charged with felony theft for using $113,532 in program funds to write himself checks and pay balances on his personal Amazon and PayPal accounts. Robert Reischauer, 62, of Apple Valley, Minn. is charged with 5 counts of felony theft in connection with the alleged embezzlement between 2011 and 2013.
